A community view, not an official service
VAT Delay Tracker helps UK businesses compare VAT repayment waiting times reported by users of this site. It is independent of HMRC and does not receive HMRC data.
What we publish
We publish aggregate statistics only. We never publish individual report rows or free text. The submission form does not ask for names, contact details, business names, VAT or tax identifiers, exact amounts, bank details, documents or correspondence.
What we are not
This service cannot check the status of a claim, predict a payment date or give tax, legal or financial advice. If you need help with a repayment, use official HMRC channels or seek professional advice.
