Submitting a report

Only submit information about a genuine VAT repayment experience you are entitled to describe. Do not attempt to identify another person or business. Do not provide names, contact details, tax identifiers, references, exact amounts, bank details, documents or correspondence.

Accuracy and availability

Reports are not independently verified. The sample may be incomplete, biased or inaccurate. The operator may moderate, reject, remove or suspend data or the service to protect people, security or data quality.

Launch requirement

The operator must add its legal identity, jurisdiction, contact address and final liability wording after appropriate legal review before making this service public.
