Results are based on self-submitted reports and are not tax, legal or financial advice. They cannot predict a payment date or replace official guidance or professional advice.

Submitting a report

Only submit information about a genuine VAT repayment experience you are entitled to describe. Do not attempt to identify another person or business. Outside the designated private email field, do not provide names, contact details, tax identifiers, references, exact amounts, bank details, documents or correspondence.

Accuracy and availability

Reports are not independently verified. The sample may be incomplete, biased or inaccurate. The operator may moderate, reject, remove or suspend data or the service to protect people, security or data quality.

Updating a report

Keep the private report token if you want to record a later status change or delete the report. Status updates must use the date the change occurred and must concern the same repayment experience.

Launch requirement

The operator must add its legal identity, jurisdiction, contact address and final liability wording after appropriate legal review before making this service public.
